I am apprehensive at now weaning my 15 week old
as the guidelines have now changed from 3 months to 4 and now
jumped to 6 months. My 15 week old drinks hungrier
baby milk every hour now and a whole 8ozs and has hone from
sleeping 10hrs at night to waking every 3.
This baby is ready for food surely and not to mention
the dribbling he makes when we all sit down for a meal
it makes us feel guilty for eating in front of him !!!
When presenting this to our health visitor she told us that
we should maybe cuddle him or take him for a walk!!!! Hmmmm
In the end she told us that it's upto I'd what we do on our own
home and just think of what we are doing to his poor insides
So I weaned my 10 year old at 3 months and he has no problems
allergies etc along with every other child and adult over the age
of 6 so should I really feel guilty to wean him ???
Anyway we have started on banana and he can't get enough
he has settled right down in the day and is doing an
8 hour stint at night so is it fair that we should be made to feel so
guilty ????
